Permit to work, without the paper chase.
A complete control of work for hazardous jobs: raise, check, approve, isolate, activate and close every permit on one record, with the whole plant visible at once.

Work starts only when every barrier is in place.
Permit, isolation and approvals run as one control of work, so a hazardous job cannot begin until its safety barriers are verified and authorised.
- 01Barriers before workA permit cannot go live until its approvals are complete and every isolation point is verified.
- 02One standard, every siteThe same permit types and approval routes across sites and business units, with each site's own setup.
- 03Real-time oversightActive permits, open lockouts and expiring work on one live dashboard, for every site.

Your permit forms, built your way.
Hot work, confined space, work at height, electrical: build each one from fields, checklists and signatures.
- Each section is filled by its owner: requester, safety officer or a named step
- Smart fields fill themselves from the plant, or pick from your registers
- Publish a new version without touching permits already open
Routes that find the right person.
Sequential or parallel steps, routed by role, department or seniority, or to a person picked when the permit is raised.
- Resolved to real people the moment the permit is submitted
- Approvers are told in the app, by email and by SMS
- Approve from a desk or from the mobile app
No permit starts on a live line.
Lockout points come from the equipment register. Each is applied, then verified by someone else.
- Activate stays locked until every point is verified
- Equipment carries a QR label, so the right point is scanned in the field
- Isolated equipment cannot be picked for a second lockout

The crew signs on at the kiosk.
A kiosk at the permit office or the work area. Each worker signs in with their face or a PIN, sees the permits they are named on, confirms the precautions and signs on.
- Face sign-in with a live-person check, or employee ID and PIN
- Sign-on opens only once the permit is active
- Every sign-on is recorded against the permit, with the time and the person
- Face found
- Live person
- Matched to worker record
Time runs on the plant clock.
Validity starts on activation, in the site's own time zone. Extensions are 8, 12 or 24 hours, and go to the role you set for each permit type.
- No one approves their own extension
- One open extension request per permit
- Expiring permits surface on the dashboard before they lapse
Every action, on the record.
Each action is time-stamped with who did it, and written in the same step as the change itself, so the record never falls behind the work.
- Archived permits, lockouts and their PDFs found in seconds, for an audit or an investigation
- The permit as a PDF, laid out like the paper form
- The full history of any period exported to Excel
